Hello everyone, I'm new here and don't know my way around yet. Is there a guide on how to proceed here, or can someone explain it to me? If I buy a certain stock because of a certain politician, is there an email bot that will notify me when the politician sells?

The way the service works right now is when a politician discloses a trade, our system sends out alerts to your email you signed up with and here in <#1354304615826460756>. When the disclosures come out you'll be able to see it on the site. We also post our research findings in <#1390203525232988242>

On the website our system will also flag and highlight trades as gold if it there is a potential conflict of interest between the stock's industry and the committee that they sit on. You can see that pretty often, the politicians are buying things that they have oversite over. For example just today Markwayne Mullen bought a few Medical stocks, and he sits on the Senate Committee on `Health`, Education, Labor & Pensions and a the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, `Health and Human Services`. It was highlighted in our system because that is a clear conflict of interest. If you ever have any questions feel free to email us or ask here! We check both frequently

Hi, I just signed up and excited to compare notes. Love the research so far. Is anyone else excited about PLD? They do warehouses and logistics. David Taylor bought 2x and he’s on the infrastructure subcommittee. Shelly Moore, Thomas Kean, and Dan Newhouse got in. That’s a lot of action for a relatively lesser known company.

<@336286566756384774> After looking into it, you're right, super strange that this many politicians are buying a stock like that, especially around the same time. From what I found it looks like they were all loading up on it around the time that the One Big Beautiful Bill passed on July 4th. Thomas Kean actually bought it like 5 days before it passed, kinda sketchy. And from what I found the One Big Beautiful Bill gives some pretty nice tax incentives that a company like $PLD would benefit from I also found on the House Lobbying Disclosure site that Prologis has lobbied **$400,000** this year AND I saw that they specifically listed in their Q2 lobbying disclosure that they were sending money to the House and Senate to make sure some tax legislation was included in the One Big Beautiful Bill.

I wouldn't be surprised either if there is more legislation passed that benefits $PLD. Looking at it, they're willing to send hundreds of thousands to congress to get them to pass laws and congress has all been buying up the stock. Personally $PLD is going on my watchlist haha 💪
